**Job Title:** Health Insurance Sales Specialist – Inside Sales **Role Summary:** Provide personalized advisory and sales of health insurance products to individual and business clients. Manage client portfolios, document processes, and nurture long‑term relationships to achieve renewal and cross‑sell targets. **Expectations:** - Deliver a consultative sales experience guided by client needs and regulatory compliance. - Meet or exceed monthly sales and renewal targets. - Maintain accurate, timely records in the company’s CRM. - Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Engagement:** - Prospect and develop new business via inbound leads and outbound outreach. - Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable health insurance solutions. 2. **Sales & Negotiation:** - Present product features, pricing, and benefits, addressing objections. - Close agreements, prepare and submit quotations, and obtain sign‑offs. 3. **Portfolio Management:** - Manage account documentation, policy updates, and claim assistance requests. - Perform regular portfolio reviews to identify renewal, upgrade, and cross‑sell opportunities. 4. **Compliance & Reporting:** - Ensure all client interactions adhere to insurance regulations and corporate policies. - Submit regular sales and activity reports to management. 5. **Customer Retention:** - Proactively follow up with clients for renewals, policy amendments, and wellness incentives. - Resolve complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to deliver service excellence. **Required Skills:** - Strong sales acumen with proven experience selling services or insurance products. - Deep understanding of health insurance products and current regulatory framework. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and active‑listening abilities. - Organizational skills to handle multiple dossiers and prioritize deadlines. - Client‑oriented mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred. - Valid health insurance licensing or equivalent certification is highly desirable. - Prior experience in an insurance sales role is considered an asset.
