Airports Council International (ACI), the trade association of the world’s airports, is a federated organization comprising ACI World, ACI Africa, ACI Asia-Pacific, ACI EUROPE, ACI Latin America-Caribbean and ACI North America. **Job Title:** Graphic Designer **Role Summary:** Produce high‑quality visual assets for a global trade organization’s marketing, communications, and event needs. Deliver digital and print designs—social media graphics, web content, publications, brochures, event branding, and executive presentations—while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards across multiple channels. **Expectations:** - Complete design projects within tight, shifting timelines. - Provide polished, production‑ready artwork that meets brand guidelines and accessibility requirements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, accept constructive feedback, and adjust deliverables accordingly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create visual assets for social media, website, email, and digital campaigns. - Design layouts for long‑form publications (reports, white papers, guidance documents). - Produce marketing collateral (brochures, infographics, advertisements). - Develop event branding elements: signage, banners, stage graphics, booth designs, and merchandise artwork. - Build high‑impact presentations for senior leadership. - Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and manage multiple concurrent projects. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Figma or Canva. - Ability to design motion graphics and simple animations. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout. - Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for external printers. - Comprehension of responsive web design principles (no coding required). - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time‑management. - Effective communication skills and capacity to collaborate and incorporate feedback. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Current certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud tools or related design software are a plus.
