Job Title: Founding Product Engineer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end product vision and architecture, building scalable, user‑centric digital workflows from UI to backend. Deliver production-ready code immediately and iterate based on customer data. Expectations: Rapid deployment, total ownership of feature lifecycle, high product‑market fit judgment, adaptability to evolving roadmaps, experience in early‑stage or high‑intensity founder environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and ship full‑cycle user workflows (high‑fidelity UI to scalable backend). - Architect and develop backend services in Python, ensuring scalability and maintainability. - Build and integrate AI/LLM and autonomous agent features into production. - Write clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather user feedback, and iterate product features. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance across frontend, backend, and data pipelines. - Mentor junior engineers and maintain coding standards.
