Job Description
**Job title** Group Continuous Improvement Manager **Role Summary** Manage and deliver process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi‑jurisdictional group. Champion Lean methodology, drive operational efficiencies, and embed a culture of sustainable change through workshops, data analysis, and change management. **Expectations** - Lead transformation projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality targets. - Foster stakeholder engagement at all levels and maintain robust metrics to confirm success. - Adapt to evolving technologies and procedures while sustaining existing improvement frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify service improvement opportunities and implement process‑improvement methodologies. - Facilitate Lean/Lean‑Improvement workshops and “WorkOut” sessions to generate ideas and solutions. - Monitor process variation, establish a continuous improvement monitoring system, and report trends. - Own change initiatives from concept through to delivery, applying internal governance and controls. - Conduct staff interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and process mapping to elicit requirements. - Develop and deliver training, reporting, and system enhancements to support revised processes. - Monitor project risks, proactively identify and mitigate potential problems. - Execute post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure ongoing improvement. - Ensure compliance with health and safety, risk assessments and PPE usage. **Required Skills** - 5–7 years of continuous improvement and business analysis experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and Lean‑process improvement tools. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong project and product management skills; ability to translate business needs into operational solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication; capability to engage with senior managers, partners and SMEs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred Black Belt). - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. ---
