Job Title: Ecommerce Executive Role Summary: Lead day‑to‑day trading, performance optimisation, and product merchandising for two Shopify Plus storefronts (Sisters & Seekers and Brother & Kin). Drive online revenue, conversion, and customer experience through data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: - Deliver smooth, error‑free product launches and timely site updates. - Achieve measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue. - Provide clear, actionable insights in performance reports for both brands. - Maintain high‑quality customer experience and site compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily website trading and performance monitoring (conversion, AOV, revenue, product KPIs). 2. Create and update product listings, collections, and promotions across both brands. 3. Execute merchandising strategies for PLPs, PDPs, and homepage. 4. Support launch preparation: sequencing, collection builds, site navigation, and redirects. 5. Conduct on‑site optimisation and CRO tests, identifying UX and flow improvements. 6. Maintain ecommerce calendars for launches, campaigns, and site updates. 7. Administer platform tasks and ensure compliance of all content. 8. Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Growth, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to align trading, stock, and branding initiatives. 9. Analyse performance data, produce weekly/monthly reports, and recommend opportunities. Required Skills: - Experience in an Ecommerce Assistant/Executive role (fashion or lifestyle preferred). - Strong analytical mindset; proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools. - Excellent organisational and detail orientation. - Ability to work rapidly in a reactive environment. - Effective communication and cross‑functional teamwork. - Familiarity with CRO, UX best practices, and conversion optimisation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics are a plus.
