**Job title** UX/UI Designer **Role Summary** Lead design and audit of career sites and intranet experiences for global clients, collaborating within an agile Product Design team. Responsible for end‑to‑end UI delivery, user research synthesis, and ensuring accessibility and brand consistency. **Expectations** - 4+ years of digital product and website design experience. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver pitch‑ready outcomes for large brands. - Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality UX and UI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct comprehensive UX audits: analyze user behavior, identify usability issues, and evaluate existing website performance. 2. Translate insights into data‑driven deliverables: sitemaps, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs. 3. Own the full UI design cycle: concept development, design production, iteration, and hand‑off to developers. 4. Present research and design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating rationale and decision logic. 5. Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, and Development to drive creative solutions and scalable visual systems. 6. Review implemented work against design specifications and provide actionable feedback to developers. 7. Champion accessibility and inclusive design, exceeding WCAG standards. **Required Skills** - **UI Design**: Advanced proficiency in Figma; expertise in typography, color theory, grid systems, responsive design, motion and interactive prototypes. - **UX Design**: Ability to synthesize research into personas, heuristics, user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes; data‑driven decision making using web metrics. - **Accessibility**: Strong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design principles. - **Communication**: Effective cross‑functional collaboration; persuasive presentation skills to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - **Project Management**: Prior experience balancing user needs with business constraints, managing multiple workstreams, and maintaining organized version control. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications specified, but familiarity with UX/UI industry standards and tools (Figma, WCAG guidelines) is required.
