Job Title: Digital Sales B2B Role Summary Entry‑level B2B sales associate in a growth and business development agency. Responsible for daily prospecting, qualifying leads by phone, and supporting the client acquisition process through digital tools. Works under the guidance of senior sales staff and contributes to refining internal sales procedures. Expectations - Provide consistent, daily follow‑up of prospecting activities for client portfolios. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify key accounts. - Learn and apply digital prospecting tools and methodologies. - Collaborate closely with the commercial team to enhance process efficiency. - Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct daily prospecting calls and outreach to targeted accounts. 2. Qualify leads over the phone, determining fit and potential revenue. 3. Record and update lead information in the CRM system. 4. Utilize provided digital prospecting platforms and techniques. 5. Report activity metrics and insights to the sales team. 6. Assist in documenting and improving prospecting workflows. Required Skills - Proactive, determined attitude with a strong work ethic. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French proficiency preferred). - Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. - Basic familiarity with sales or marketing software (CRM, outreach tools). - Prior experience in business development, prospecting, or sales is an advantage. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. Required Education & Certifications - Current enrollment or recent graduation in a bachelor’s or equivalent program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Training or coursework in digital marketing, outbound sales, or prospecting methods preferred but not mandatory.
