Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior IT Developer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the modernisation and maintenance of internal tools, develop new software solutions, and provide IT assistance to production and operations teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design system architecture, and deliver reliable, maintainable code in a regulated environment. **Expactations:** - Quickly learn and adopt new technologies (REST API, gRPC, .NET, C#). - Translate legacy system requirements into modern, scalable solutions. - Provide responsive support to operators and technicians on production duties. - Engage in continuous improvement of development processes and technical debt reduction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture and analyse internal customer needs. - Design, code, test, and maintain software applications (legacy to modern stack). - Deliver support for daily production IT issues. - Contribute to the definition and evolution of the company’s information system architecture. - Collaborate with senior developers and cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in .NET and C#. - Experience with REST APIs and gRPC. - Familiarity with legacy technologies (Visual Basic, Access, LabView). - Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities. - Effective oral communication and stakeholder engagement. - Capacity to work in a regulated, quality‑centric environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or engineering diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering. - No prior professional experience required; motivation and willingness to learn highly valued.
