Job Title: AI Architect
Role Summary:
Design, govern, and lead the architectural foundation for enterprise agent ecosystems, ensuring scalability, reliability, observability, and security across large‑scale AI/ML and multi‑agent platforms.
Expectations:
- Lead cross‑functional technical strategy (engineering, product, data science, security, cloud).
- Own end‑to‑end design of agentic systems, from registries and scoring pipelines to orchestration layers.
- Deliver prototype and production prototypes that meet enterprise standards with rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and reference models for agent-based integrations.
- Design and manage agent registries, evaluation pipelines, grounding strategies, and multi‑agent orchestration.
- Integrate APIs, enterprise systems, and third‑party services into agent workflows.
- Secure, monitor, and optimize performance, observability, and reliability of agent platforms.
- Drive the adoption of AIOps/MLOps tools (MLflow, vector DBs, feature stores, monitoring) and cloud native infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, identity, networking).
- Collaborate with security/reliability teams to embed Responsible AI, compliance, and risk controls.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in cloud and distributed systems architecture (scalability, reliability, observability, performance).
- 7+ years designing enterprise AI/ML systems; 1+ year hands‑on with GenAI, LLM integrations, RAG, or multi‑agent systems.
- Expertise in agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, autogen, crewAI, Agent SDK, OpenAI SDK, MCP).
- Proficiency in Azure and GCP: Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, API platforms, identity, networking.
- Experience with AIOps/MLOps stacks: MLflow, model registries, vector DBs, semantic layers, feature stores, monitoring.
- Strong software development practices and rapid prototyping capabilities.
- Ability to define and propagate enterprise architectural standards and reference architectures.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, risk, and Responsible AI for agent systems.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Kubernetes Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
