Job Title: SuccessFactors Analyst
Role Summary: Functional and technical specialist in SAP SuccessFactors, responsible for configuration, integration, testing, documentation, training, and user support across LMS, Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Employee Central, and related modules.
Expectations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end project support for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and clear communication to business users.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and quality within HRIS environment.
- Develop and conduct training for superusers and create supporting materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules (LMS, Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time & Absence, Learning, Onboarding, Succession Planning).
- Manage workflows, business rules, picklists, data models, position management, and ad‑hoc reporting.
- Lead bi‑annual system upgrades: review new releases, identify changes, perform regression testing, and recommend enhancements.
- Resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues quickly.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with other modules and third‑party applications; support Job Profile Builder integration.
- Produce and update documentation, user guides, and training resources.
- Conduct training sessions for superusers and contribute to broader user education.
Required Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience (all core modules).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance in HR systems.
- Experience with LMS and Onboarding 2.0 solutions.
- Ability to create clear documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Excellent communication and consultative engagement with business stakeholders.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors HCM-BAS, LMS, Recruiting, Employee Central) preferred.
