The Royal Parks are: Bushy Park (with the Longford River), The Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent's Park (and Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James's Park, We are also responsible for a number of other spaces in London including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.

Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Bridge technology and operations by analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering digital solutions across the organization’s internal and visitor-facing systems. **Expectations:** * Act as the liaison between business users, operational managers, and the Application Support team. * Deliver functional specifications and support end‑to‑end project delivery with minimal disruption to services. * Produce clear documentation, training materials, and policies to ensure effective use and governance of applications. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyse and document key business processes, identifying improvement opportunities. 2. Lead requirements gathering sessions, develop functional specifications, and translate business needs into technical solutions. 3. Collaborate with development teams on projects involving CRM, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and other application suites. 4. Create and maintain governance policies, security controls, and compliance documentation for business applications. 5. Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support and oversee system enhancements. 6. Design, test, and implement bespoke solutions, preferably using Microsoft Power Platform. 7. Facilitate end‑user acceptance testing and develop training materials and user documentation. 8. Manage and analyse large datasets, ensuring data integrity and integration across systems. **Required Skills:** * Proven experience in first‑ and second‑line application support. * Strong business process documentation and improvement skills. * Effective stakeholder management and communication. * Functional and technical requirement elicitation. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Cloud/SAAS architectures, data mapping, and integrations. * Familiarity with information security and GDPR best practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI BA‑Agile, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are advantageous. ---
