Job title: Digital Campaigns Consultant
Role Summary:
Drive high‑impact digital advocacy campaigns for global partners, developing strategy, content, and creative assets across social media, programmatic ads, email, and CMS platforms. Coordinate with country teams and external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes for poverty reduction, health improvement, and democratic values initiatives.
Expectations:
- 2–6 years of proven digital campaigning experience in a communications or advocacy context.
- Expertise in social media management, digital copywriting, paid‑media campaign creation (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic), email copy, CMS (WordPress/Drupal) and CRM tools (Engaging Networks, Action Network, Salesforce).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; German a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and produce high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and execute digital communication strategies and online creative campaigns for diverse clients.
• Support flagship project roll‑out to enhance political support for global cooperation in multiple markets.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and stakeholders to design and deliver bold, high‑impact digital communications across the UK, Germany, EU, and beyond.
• Deliver effective project management, monitoring and evaluation of digital initiatives.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to advance team success and organisational objectives.
Required Skills:
- Digital strategy development and implementation.
- Social media management (organic & paid).
- Copywriting for social, paid, and email platforms.
- Ad creation, optimisation, and performance analysis on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic networks.
- CMS administration (WordPress, Drupal).
- CRM management (Engaging Networks, Action Network, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (design experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- German language skills are a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, public policy, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, paid‑media platforms, or CRM tools are advantageous.
