**Job Title:** AWS Solutions Architect **Role Summary:** Design, architect, and guide the implementation of complex cloud and enterprise solutions using AWS, aligning with organizational strategy and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring architectural compliance, performance, and scalability. **Expectations:** - Act independently, making sound architectural decisions with minimal supervision. - Serve as a technical authority on cloud and enterprise architecture, influencing departmental and organizational strategy. - Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, document, and communicate descriptive and prescriptive architectures for specific solutions. - Lead solution design across application, infrastructure, and database layers, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and non‑functional requirements. - Select and evaluate technologies for project development, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices. - Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to maintain consistency with overall system strategy. - Assess, document, and communicate business, enterprise, and technical architectures to stakeholders. - Research and recommend emerging technologies and architectural principles to reduce cost, enhance security, and improve flexibility. - Build and maintain relationships with external technology providers and business partners. - Provide leadership in ideation, integration, testing, production support, and knowledge transfer. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in AWS solutions architecture and cloud development concepts. - Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.). - Strong understanding of application development concepts and low‑code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, UiPath). - Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues, evaluating technical connectivity. - Experience with Azure is a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Associate’s degree + 9+ years experience, or Bachelor’s degree + 7 years experience, or Master’s degree + 5 years experience. - Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional, TOGAF, or equivalent advanced cloud or architecture certifications.

Drive innovation through agentic automation, AI integration, and reusable component development while mentoring team members and contributing to automation governance. Expectations: - Deliver complex RPA projects on time and within budget. - Maintain high quality, well‑documented code suitable for hand‑off to internal staff. - Adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory standards. - Demonstrate strong customer service and communication for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
