**Job Title:** Vice President of Investor Relations
**Role Summary:**
Senior executive responsible for designing, communicating, and executing the company’s investor‑relations strategy. Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates with the banking, finance, and senior leadership teams to ensure clear, consistent, and credible interaction with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
**Expectations:**
- Lead the investor‑relations function, setting direction and prioritizing initiatives that support the company’s strategic and financial goals.
- Foster and expand relationships with shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, rating agencies, and regulators.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management/Board and the investment community, translating complex financial and strategic information into understandable narratives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver conference calls, roadshows, investor conferences, and other communication channels, including Q&A preparation, talking points, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Identify and execute strategies to attract and retain investors, expanding the shareholder base.
- Manage the investor‑relations section of the corporate website and oversee press releases, presentations, and other investor‑focused content.
- Analyze analysts’ financial models, benchmarks, and market data; provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead non‑deal roadshows, investor perception studies, and investor day communications.
- Advise CFO, CEO, and other senior leaders on public disclosure of financial, strategic, and regulatory information.
- Maintain relationships with stock‑exchange regulators (e.g., Nasdaq), ensuring compliance and timely notification of events.
- Contribute to the shareholder proxy solicitation process and annual shareholder meetings.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation ability, including boardroom presence.
- Proven experience in building and sustaining high‑level relationships with Wall Street analysts, institutional investors, and regulators.
- Strategic thinking and analytical rigor; ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Leadership experience, comfortable leading change and motivating cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in investor‑relations platforms and communication tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
**Travel:** Up to 50% nationwide and international.
