Job title: Senior Product Manager – Integrations
Role Summary:
Lead the strategy and execution of Trustpilot’s integrations portfolio across global ecommerce, CRM, and marketing platforms. Drive product discovery, roadmap definition, and delivery with cross‑functional squads to deliver seamless, scalable integration experiences that increase adoption, usage, and customer value.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to post‑launch iteration.
- Define and evolve long‑term integration strategy, prioritizing native rebuilds and legacy modernisation.
- Identify high‑value opportunities, align commercial potential with customer demand, and secure ecosystem partnerships.
- Represent integration vision to senior leadership, balancing short‑term migration needs with long‑term platform goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, UX designers, and QA through agile releases.
- Own roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and scalable architecture decisions for integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, and emerging ecosystems.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to meet platform certification, marketplace, and performance standards.
- Partner with Partnerships, Marketing, Monetisation, and Commercial teams to develop go‑to‑market plans, packaging, enablement, and positioning for new integrations.
- Build feedback loops with platform partners, agencies, merchants, and stakeholders to validate requirements and optimise product‑market fit.
- Track adoption, usage, migration velocity, merchant satisfaction, and resilience metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proven senior product management experience in integrations, preferably in ecommerce, CRM, or marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern integration frameworks, native app ecosystems, marketplace policies, and subscription models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver customer‑centric products in fast‑paced, agile environments.
- Data‑driven decision maker with analytical skills to measure impact on adoption, churn, and conversion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear business value.
- Comfortable balancing migration execution with long‑term platform strategy.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant product certification (e.g., PMP, Certified Product Manager, Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
