**Job Title**: Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies.
**Expectations**:
Deliver high‑quality, performance‑optimized code, ensure data integrity, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. Collaborate effectively with analysts, managers, and stakeholders to fulfill project objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect, code, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and custom APIs.
- Create and manage integration flows using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Execute data migration, validation, and cleansing via Data Loader or similar tools.
- Implement security controls, permission sets, and data access rules to protect data integrity.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to support scalability and reliability.
- Document technical designs, development procedures, and user guides.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Copado, and other automation tools.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
- Solid experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflow, validation rules, and automation.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Copado).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer) preferred.
