**Job Title**
Cybersecurity Analyst – Vulnerability Operation Center (VOC) (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the establishment and operation of a Vulnerability Operation Center that detects, assesses, and mitigates technical vulnerabilities across network, system, and application layers. Provide threat intelligence, develop correlations, centralise reporting, and manage escalation pathways to information security governance committees.
**Expectations**
- Build and optimize VOC processes alongside SOC and CERT teams.
- Maintain expertise in DAST, IAST, SAST, and network scanning tools.
- Produce actionable vulnerability indicators for audits and executive committees.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, cloud, and application teams.
- Operate within defined SLA and priority frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyse and classify technical vulnerabilities using automated scanners and manual testing.
- Correlate findings across network, system, cloud, and application environments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for vulnerability status.
- Escalate critical issues to RSO, GPO, and COSEC‑SI committees and support remediation actions.
- Coordinate with internal experts to implement mitigation plans and verify effectiveness.
- Stay current with vulnerability trends, threat intelligence, and emerging attack techniques.
- Contribute to the VOC’s continuous improvement and tool‑strategy roadmap.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in network and system security, private cloud, and application development.
- Proficient with DAST, IAST, SAST, and network vulnerability scanners.
- Strong analytical, organizational and prioritisation abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to document findings clearly.
- Team‑oriented mindset with effective communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing action plans and driving remediation within limited timelines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
- Relevant security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent).
