**Job Title:** Manager, Infrastructure and Security **Role Summary** Lead infrastructure and security operations to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems for a growing organization. Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions while enforcing robust security protocols and compliance. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 10 years managing IT infrastructure and security in fast-paced environments. - Hands-on technical proficiency in infrastructure and security systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and mentor infrastructure/security teams to drive technical excellence and career growth. - Design and implement infrastructure solutions to align with operational and business goals. - Oversee security protocols, compliance, and incident response initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate infrastructure and security requirements. - Maintain security standards, certifications, and regulatory obligations. - Optimize system reliability, scalability, and efficiency using best practices. - Administer vendor relationships and contracts for infrastructure/security services. **Required Skills** - Networking, server management, cloud technologies, and security framework experience. - Cybersecurity implementation and incident leadership. - Project/service management (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF). - Strategic decision-making, problem-solving under pressure, and strong leadership. - Collaborative communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CISM, PMP, IEC 62443, or ITIL.
