Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator
Role Summary: Own daily administration, performance, security, and governance of ServiceNow in a mission‑critical healthcare setting, enabling secure AI capabilities (Now Assist) while collaborating with architecture, support, and business stakeholders.
Expectations: Deliver highly available, compliant, and secure platform operations; implement ITIL best practices; ensure AI governance, data privacy, and human review controls; support continuous improvement and compliance audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer DEV, TEST, and PROD ServiceNow environments; perform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management.
- Monitor platform health, logs, diagnostics, and MID Server integrations; enforce change management and governance rules.
- Configure and maintain AI features (Now Assist, AI Control Tower), validate outputs, and enforce responsible AI policies.
- Design and maintain forms, workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, notifications, and Service Catalog.
- Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and security policies.
- Administer core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and support CMDB, Asset Management, IT Operations, Portfolio, and Customer Service.
- Serve as escalation point for platform and AI issues; conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders on requirements, solution validation, and release activities.
Required Skills:
- 4–8+ years of enterprise ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, CMDB, CSDM, and data governance.
- Experience with regulated/mission‑critical systems.
- Basic scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Familiarity with AI governance and exposure to Now Assist/AI features.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industry valued.
