Job Description

Job title: Retail Marketing Manager Role Summary: A senior role leading retail marketing strategy and execution for a growing beauty brand. Drives in‑store engagement, trade marketing initiatives and cross‑channel campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end retail marketing programs from concept to launch. - Deliver measurable impact on sales and brand performance across all retail partners. - Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns, launches, promotions and activations. - Coordinate retailer launch plans and evaluate post‑launch performance metrics. - Ensure consistent brand messaging through merchandising, POS, visual updates and other in‑store assets. - Plan and execute engaging in‑store activations and multi‑channel campaigns. - Lead retailer training, communication and relationship‑building initiatives. - Oversee budgets, project timelines and production of marketing collateral in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Required Skills: - Experience in trade or retail marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness or lifestyle sectors. - Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking, reporting and optimizing campaigns. - Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. - Industry certification in retail marketing or related discipline is advantageous.
