Job Description
**Job Title** Business Systems Administrator **Role Summary** Administers and optimises the organisation’s core business systems (ERP/CRM) to support finance and operational processes. Acts as primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring high‑availability, compliance, and continuous improvement of system functionality. **Expectations** - 37.5 h per week (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑5 pm) - Hybrid working model – regular on‑site presence for collaboration - Reports to the CMS IT Business Partner; works closely with Finance Director and Genuit IS teams - Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset; able to manage multiple priorities with precision **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and maintain ERP/CRM platforms (NetSuite, Q&D) to meet business needs while minimising customisation. - Perform daily user‑access management, role updates, and system configuration. - Resolve system tickets, monitor performance, and coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations. - Enforce group security standards; manage compliance and audit readiness. - Plan and execute change‑management activities: new feature roll‑outs, training, documentation, and communications. - Improve reporting and BI by standardising data and automating processes; produce regular management information. - Support business continuity/disaster recovery: runbook maintenance, testing, and updates. - Manage supplier relationships, SLAs, and support contracts. - Capture improvement opportunities, prepare proposals, and track implementation against Group PMO governance. **Required Skills** - Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). - Strong grasp of ERP architecture, data storage, and dependencies. - Incident & user‑support management, including interaction with third‑party providers. - Expertise in user‑access control and basic IT security controls. - Ability to create and maintain reports (SQL / reporting tools a plus). - Clear written and verbal communication; can translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Project‑management skills with a results‑driven, customer‑focused approach. - Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently or within a broader IT team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred). - NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent (desirable). - Familiarity with ITIL, incident/change management, and supplier‑contract management is an advantage.

Job title: Head of Channel (Commercial) Role Summary: Lead and develop the indirect sales channel in the UK and Ireland, driving demand, growth and profitability for ADEY's residential water treatment and closed-loop HVAC products. Manage a team of Business Development Managers, set strategic direction, and maintain senior-level customer relationships. Expectations: • Deliver targeted revenue and market share growth in the commercial channel. • Build and sustain high-performing BD‑manager team through coaching and performance management. • Represent the brand in external events and regulatory forums. • Travel frequently (3+ days/week) and balance remote and office work as required. Required Skills: • Proven business development and commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets. • Experience managing and developing a high‑performance sales team. • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels. • Industry knowledge of heating, plumbing, and HVAC commercial applications. • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). • High levels of organisation, integrity, drive, and a strong work ethic. • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred). • Relevant industry certification or proven experience within the heating/plumbing sector (desirable).
