**Job Title:**
Product Management Intern
**Role Summary:**
Support the product management, sales, program, and operations teams by analyzing customer performance and product portfolio metrics. Build repeatable tracking and reporting systems using ERP and BI tools, develop dashboards, identify contractual and commercial risks, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
**Expectations:**
* Current bachelor’s student (minimum 3 semesters completed) in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
* Ability to work remotely 2–3 days per week.
* Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of learning quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist product management with research, data analysis, and performance assessment.
2. Extract, validate, and analyze commercial data from ERP and other internal tools.
3. Build and maintain a contract‑performance tracking model (volumes, forecast adherence, pricing thresholds, target achievement).
4. Create dashboards that visualize customer progress against contractual commitments.
5. Identify performance gaps or commercial risks by customer.
6. Prepare concise documentation and reports for strategic planning and decision‑making.
7. Participate in cross‑functional meetings with sales, program management, and operations teams.
8. Conduct ad‑hoc analyses on product portfolio performance, pricing, and market trends.
9. Ensure data accuracy and alignment on contract execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, advanced functions).
- Strong presentation skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset.
- Proactive, independent work ethic.
- Familiarity with ERP, BI, or CRM systems; AI tool experience is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field (≥3 semesters completed).
- No mandatory certifications; familiarity with analytics or BI platforms is advantageous.
