Job Description
**Job Title:** Channel Account Specialist **Role Summary:** Support and expand existing distributor relationships across Europe while driving new distributor acquisition. Execute product launches, resolve customer inquiries, manage pricing and rebate programs, and collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet sales targets. **Expectations:** - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and growth metrics. - Maintain on‑time order fulfillment and accurate pricing records. - Sustain strong distributor satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution. - Travel up to 25 % within Europe for trade shows and customer events; occasional U.S. travel may be required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and nurture profitable relationships with distributor accounts across three European sales regions. - Field customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, shipment tracking, and back‑orders. - Provide sales support to Regional Sales Managers and customers, including lead follow‑up and territory planning. - Execute new‑product launch activities to meet sales metric goals. - Qualify and close leads using the company sales process and NetSuite sales tracking. - Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on programs, products, and business strategies. - Conduct product technical discussions, highlighting specifications, benefits, and competitive differentiation. - Monitor competitor activity and react quickly to market changes. - Train distributors or end users face‑to‑face or virtually as needed. - Manage pricing, program metrics, co‑op, and rebate programs; update distributor pricing files and document price deviations. - Analyze sales and marketing reports to support decision‑making. **Required Skills:** - Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French; additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus. - Strong B2B sales and account management experience (2–3 years). - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Valid certifications in sales or CRM management are advantageous but not mandatory.
