**Job Title:** ERP Consultant (F/H)
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and support a large‑scale industrial ERP system (e.g., Oracle E‑Business Suite, IFS). Analyze business needs across production, supply chain, finance, and quality functions, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of the ERP to support global growth.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear functional designs and test cases that align with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring user adoption and data integrity.
- Lead project initiatives, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
- Proactively identify process optimizations and propose technology solutions to increase reliability and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and articulate business requirements for production, supply chain, finance, and quality modules.
- Write functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios; coordinate testing with developers and end‑users.
- Provide day‑to‑day functional support and conduct training sessions for ERP users.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor ERP upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure data security, quality, and compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, leveraging analytical tools and emerging technologies (AI, ML) where appropriate.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of professional experience in an industrial ERP environment (Oracle E‑Business Suite, IFS, or equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of ERP modules: supply chain, production, and finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Project management experience specific to ERP initiatives.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
**Optional / Desired Competencies:**
- Data analysis and manipulation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, machine learning).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Finance, MIAGE, or a related field.
- Valid certifications in Oracle E‑Business Suite or IFS functions are advantageous.
