We are a London-based B2B SaaS startup which enables companies to unleash their full potential by creating a data-driven strategy and synchronized execution at scale.

We do this by uniquely combining data-integration and AI/ML capabilities with B2B decision-making principles. Through this we are defining a new category: Strategy Operating Systems. We believe that in the future most companies will use a Strategy Operating System, the same way they are using an ERP and CRM system today.

We just closed our seed funding round and are backed by leading US and European entrepreneurs, CEOs of publicly listed companies, DAX Supervisory Board members, and Private Equity executives.

We currently focus on B2B companies in Germany, US and UK, and our customers range from Fortune 500 companies to Private Equity portfolio companies.

Job Description

Job Title: Product Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and generalize platform functionality that transforms insights into reusable, scalable solutions for enterprise customers. Work across product, engineering, and field teams to convert complex, real‑world use cases into configurable components within the core platform. Expections: Expect rapid iteration in a fast‑moving startup environment, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term platform coherence and extensibility. Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, product managers, and end users to prioritize core functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer use cases and translate them into reusable, configurable platform components. - Design scalable data models, workflows, and abstractions that support high variation without custom code. - Build and maintain data integration pipelines using PySpark and distributed technologies. - Develop and extend generative AI workflows on Palantir AIP or equivalent platforms. - Contribute to architectural decisions shaping platform evolution. - Maintain code quality, documentation, and maintainability across the product. Required Skills: - 2–6 years experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or product‑focused engineering roles. - Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL. - Experience designing and deploying platform or product features, not just one‑off implementations. - Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clean, extensible technical solutions. - Comfortable working in fast‑moving, unclear‑requirements environments. - Knowledge of API design and backend product development is a plus. - Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT) is desirable.
