**Job Title:** Delivery Practice Manager, ProServe A2C
**Role Summary:**
Lead and grow a high‑performing team of 10‑20 early‑career Delivery Consultants within AWS Professional Services. Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, partners, and internal AWS stakeholders, driving the design, proposal, and delivery of cloud solutions that meet defined business outcomes. Own practice financials, utilization, and customer satisfaction while accelerating hiring, onboarding, and skill development for the Associate‑to‑Consultant program.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver customer engagements on schedule, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
- Achieve practice utilization and P&L targets.
- Build and retain a competent, motivated delivery team.
- Maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, AWS sales, and partner teams.
- Lead business development and thought‑leadership initiatives to expand service adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, coach, and manage 10‑20 Associate Consultants across infrastructure, application development, DevOps, data, and security domains.
- Partner with Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to design and implement customer solutions.
- Define and oversee innovative IT strategies aligned with customer business goals.
- Own practice financial performance, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high utilization.
- Drive technical and soft‑skill training programs to accelerate consultant development.
- Collaborate with AWS business units to identify staffing opportunities and improve hiring/onboarding pipelines.
- Produce proposals, Statements of Work, and portfolio guidance for new engagements.
- Act as primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven leadership of technology or management‑consulting teams (10+ members).
- Strong project and program management (Agile, Waterfall) with budget ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at Director/C‑suite level.
- Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in business development, proposal creation, and SOW development.
- Ability to mentor and develop early‑career technologists.
- Analytical, data‑driven decision making; proficient with utilization and financial reporting tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster).
