Job Description
Job title: Business Development Executive Role Summary: Responsible for sourcing and securing high‑profile advertising spaces—billboards, windowfront projections, and digital screens—across key locations for a portfolio of major property and landowners. Drives revenue by prospecting, negotiating, and closing site agreements. Expectations: - Proactive outreach to property owners and managers. - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable site terms. - Ability to deliver measurable sales targets and pipeline growth. - Maintain accurate records of prospect progress and contract status. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential advertising sites suitable for high‑impact campaigns. - Build and nurture relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents. - Conduct site inspections and conduct feasibility studies for advertising viability. - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pricing sheets, and contract documents. - Negotiate site agreements, terms, and pricing to achieve company revenue objectives. - Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure site specifications meet client needs. - Track and report on pipeline development, closing rates, and forecasted revenue. Required Skills: - Proven experience in business development or sales within advertising, real‑estate, or media. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strong relationship‑building skills with property professionals. - Ability to analyze market data to identify site opportunities. - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Self‑motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real‑Estate, or related field. - Sales or real‑estate licensing preferred.
