Job Title: Digital Business Consultant Role Summary: Lead AI‑driven enhancements to CRM and eStore operations, delivering increased personalization, efficiency, and performance for a global consumer technology brand. Expectations: - Execute a 12‑month engagement targeting high‑impact AI use cases. - Deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing CRM and eStore processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. - Discover, validate, and prioritize AI use cases such as personalization, predictive analytics, and automation. - Recommend and integrate MarTech solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and API‑led workflows across platforms. - Own end‑to‑end implementation: project scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization. - Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, IT, and data teams across Europe. - Design AI architecture, technical roadmaps, and governance frameworks. - Produce clear documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
