**Job Title** Customer Success Advisor – North France **Role Summary** Drive growth, client satisfaction, and brand adoption for MPM’s high‑performance lubricants among major distributors and workshops in North France. Build and maintain strategic account relationships, support product visibility, and lead value‑add initiatives to maximize customer success and revenue. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent high‑quality customer engagement and support. - Achieve sales targets and market‑share expansion within the assigned region. - Foster long‑term loyalty and brand advocacy among distributors and workshops. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and technical support teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Account Management** - Develop and nurture relationships with regional distributors and workshop owners. - Track account health, resolve concerns, and drive customer success metrics. - Coordinate inventory optimization and product visibility efforts. - Maintain accurate account data and update CRM systems. 2. **Business Development** - Design and execute account‑level growth strategies aligned with MPM’s sales plan. - Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities and market trends. - Conduct market analysis to benchmark competition and client needs. 3. **Customer Enablement** - Lead training sessions and value‑add campaigns on product benefits, usage, and customized lubricant recommendations. - Implement growth marketing initiatives and measure impact. 4. **Reporting & Analytics** - Prepare visit agendas, gather customer feedback, and analyze sales trends. - Adjust action plans to meet KPIs and business objectives. 5. **Brand Promotion** - Organize multi‑day trade events, product launches, and presentations for key stakeholders. - Monitor competitor activities and refine strategies accordingly. **Required Skills** - Proven sales experience with a client‑success orientation, ideally in automotive lubricants. - Strong negotiation, market analysis, and strategic planning abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to conduct engaging training sessions. - Comfortable overcoming challenges and driving results. - Proficiency in French; professional English knowledge is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in a commercial, technical‑commercial, or related field (Bac +4 preferred). ---
