**Job Title**
Digital/E‑Commerce Intern – Web Content & Product Data
**Role Summary**
Provide hands‑on support for content integration, product data cleansing, and product page maintenance within a multilingual, multi‑currency e‑commerce ecosystem. Use PIM, CMS, spreadsheet tools, and AI‑based content optimisation to improve data quality, search visibility, and customer experience across a large inventory.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate and structured product data for an international catalogue.
- Create, update, and audit product pages in a CMS following brand standards.
- Apply AI tools to enrich, transform, or audit content.
- Work independently, follow established workflows, and communicate progress clearly.
- Demonstrate curiosity about e‑commerce operations and a willingness to learn new digital tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean, standardise, and validate product information in the PIM (Akeneo), including multilingual attributes.
- Use Excel for data verification, population of attribute values, and batch imports/exports.
- Import and integrate product archives; ensure completeness and consistency across all product fields.
- Create and update product detail pages in Magento CMS, applying templates and editorial guidelines.
- Verify attribute alignment, content consistency, and compliance with product standards.
- Develop and refine content templates and workflows; support UX and quality controls.
- Execute complementary tasks (blog post onboarding, SEO optimisation, AI‑driven content generation) as assigned.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation.
- Familiarity with PIM (Akeneo) and CMS (Magento) environments.
- Experience with Notion or equivalent project collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn and apply AI LLM tools for content analysis and generation.
- Strong organisational and process‑follow skills.
- Detail‑oriented data‑quality mindset.
- Good written communication in at least one of the requested languages (e.g., English, French, German).
- Curiosity about e‑commerce, digital content, and emerging tech.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university program in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Media, Data Management, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of PIM/CMS concepts is a plus.
