Job Title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Senior marketing leader responsible for owning and executing Truffle’s end‑to‑end brand strategy, delivering measurable growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning. Works across paid media, ABM, paid‑and‑organic content, events and thought leadership to elevate leadership visibility and attract top-tier clients and talent. Expectations: - Achieve measurable lift in new‑business leads and brand demand. - Maintain a clear, data‑driven annual strategy roadmap and budget allocation. - Deliver consistent, on‑brand messaging across all channels. - Provide creative ownership while meeting tight turnaround and cultural relevance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the full marketing strategy (social, email, events, SEO analytics). - Design and execute account‑based marketing campaigns targeting high‑value prospects. - Own narrative and content production—case studies, thought‑leadership pieces, short videos, and social posts. - Produce and repurpose multimedia content using CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop and InDesign. - Plan, host and manage high‑quality networking events, client roundtables, and partner sessions. - Secure speaking and panel opportunities for leadership; develop CEO personal brand content (LinkedIn/TikTok). - Drive social & digital presence, crafting insight‑led, value‑driven posts. - Champion EGC principles, enabling team members to serve as brand ambassadors. Required Skills: - Strategic marketing and ABM expertise. - Strong content creation and editing (video, graphic, copy). - Proficiency with Google Analytics, social scheduling tools, and digital campaign platforms. - Excellent project management and cross‑function collaboration. - Stellar written and verbal communication; storytelling ability. - Ability to manage budget, ROI reporting and value justification. - Knowledge of industry trends, cultural moments and platform shifts. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. - Relevant certifications preferred: Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Digital Marketing, or ABM‑specific training.
