Job Description: Job Title: Lead PHP OOP Developer (M/F) Role Summary: A senior technical lead responsible for architecting, developing, and evolving a strategic SaaS product, driving best practices in PHP, DDD, Clean Code, and AI-assisted development, while mentoring and managing the technical performance of the development team. Expectations: - Minimum 8 years of professional development experience. - Proven depth in object‑oriented PHP. - Hands‑on expertise in Domain‑Driven Design, modern software architecture, and SaaS product lifecycle. - Strong lead and mentoring capabilities, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Define and enforce coding standards and best practices (DDD, BDD, Clean Code). - Architect and make key technical decisions for the SaaS application. - Refactor and modernize legacy code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. - Integrate AI tools to accelerate and enhance development workflows. - Technically lead the team, ensuring high delivery quality and promoting peer knowledge sharing. - Collaborate closely with Product and Business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
