Job Description

**Job Title:** Onboarding Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SaaS solutions for new clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams (sales, engineering, QA) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget while driving revenue realization and customer satisfaction. **Expactations:** - Deliver projects that meet schedule, budget, scope, and quality goals. - Drive adoption and revenue capture from contract signing to full implementation. - Maintain high client satisfaction and support post‑implementation reviews. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather requirements, define scope, and create project plans and timelines. - Coordinate resource allocation, manage risks, issues, and dependencies. - Act as primary client contact, handling concerns, expectations, and escalations. - Conduct status meetings, steering committee reviews, and deliver executive reports. - Monitor KPIs, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Perform post‑implementation reviews and lessons‑learned sessions. - Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and communicate requirements to technical and non‑technical teams. **Required Skills:** - Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall). - Technical background with SaaS technologies (HTML/CSS, APIs, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail. - Proficient in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 3+ years as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager in SaaS or Fintech. - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
