Job title: Project Manager Role Summary: Contractual Project Manager (3 months) tasked with leading operational projects, process improvement, and financial oversight for a specialist function. Will coordinate internal stakeholders, suppliers, and governance processes to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of key initiatives. Expectations: • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per governance standards. • Maintain clarity and visibility across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. • Produce precise, timely reports for internal and external reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the central coordination point for all operational activity within the function. - Lead the delivery of key initiatives and improvement projects, tracking milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams. - Monitor programme spend, process invoices, and maintain accurate budget tracking and monthly reporting. - Prepare and coordinate materials for internal and external reviews, ensuring all documentation and reporting requirements are satisfied. - Support process mapping, governance documentation, and continuous improvement activities. - Act as the main liaison with external suppliers, monitoring service delivery, timelines, and cost estimates. - Facilitate supplier onboarding and maintain supporting process and guidance documentation. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure progress to plan. Required Skills: - Project coordination and management across multiple workstreams. - Stakeholder and vendor management. - Budget monitoring, invoicing, and financial reporting. - Process mapping and governance documentation. - Strong communication and reporting skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment with strong delivery discipline.
