**Job Title:** Product Marketing Manager – Power Conversion (F/M/X)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the full‑cycle marketing of power conversion solutions within the Data Center sector. Drive product strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management to maximize revenue, profitability, and sustainability. Provide market intelligence, create pre‑ and post‑sales collateral, and support sales teams globally.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the Power Conversion business unit.
- Deliver measurable revenue and margin growth across geographic markets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Services, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align product strategy with business goals.
- Deliver high‑quality marketing assets and enablement materials that drive adoption and close rates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market monitoring: consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, standard evolution analysis.
- Analyze sales performance, profitability trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify product enhancements and ROI opportunities.
- Define product positioning, marketing mix, specifications, and variants for new and updated offerings.
- Design and manage pre‑ and post‑sales enablement tools (presentations, datasheets, ROI calculators, product demos).
- Engage with the sales force through training, promotional activities, and continuous operational support.
- Set revenue and margin targets per region; track, report, and iterate on performance metrics.
- Coordinate with product development and engineering to translate market needs into technical specifications.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and stakeholder persuasion.
- Project management and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Proficient in market research tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing within capital goods, electricity, data center, or energy sectors.
- Fluency in English (essential).
**Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:**
- Additional training in management or advanced marketing (MBA, Certified Marketing Professional).
- Demonstrated leadership in rallying cross‑departmental teams around product goals.
