Job title: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
Role Summary: Supports marketing, communications, and community engagement to increase visibility, engagement, and partnership opportunities for a non‑profit serving adults with developmental disabilities. Works cross‑functionally on content creation, event logistics, CRM management, and basic reporting.
Expactations:
- Deliver timely marketing content for email, social media, website, and print.
- Maintain accurate contact records in HubSpot and other systems.
- Coordinate outreach events, partnerships, and community activities.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic dashboards.
- Assist with website updates, content calendars, and campaign timelines.
- Draft press materials and support public‑relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and schedule marketing content (email campaigns, social media posts, blog, print materials).
- Manage contact databases and outreach materials in HubSpot.
- Research and identify community outreach opportunities and event venues.
- Coordinate logistics for events, outreach activities, and partnership meetings.
- Compile and present engagement metrics and basic reports.
- Support website updates and content management using CMS tools.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and coordinate media outreach.
- Gather stories, photos, and updates from internal teams for marketing use.
- Provide administrative support: meeting notes, scheduling, travel coordination.
Required Skills:
- Strong written communication and editing abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital marketing tools.
- Competence in Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or outreach.
- Current U.S. work authorization with legal documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required).
