Job title: Senior Growth and Demand Generation Manager
Role Summary: Own and execute end‑to‑end acquisition strategy for a scaling B2B SaaS company, driving measurable pipeline growth through paid media, SEO/AEO, website performance, and funnel analytics.
Expectations: Within 90 days, fully own paid acquisition performance, deliver a prioritized SEO/AEO content roadmap, establish clear channel performance visibility, identify and resolve website/funnel bottlenecks, and become proficient in Salesforce reporting and attribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing, including budget allocation, CAC efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct continuous growth experiments on ads, landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows, analyzing results to scale or pause tactics.
- Own SEO and AEO strategy: identify intent‑driven keywords, prioritize content gaps, build a content map, and ensure pages are structured for discoverability and conversion.
- Monitor and improve website performance: page load speed, Core Web Vitals, UX, and conversion paths; partner with design/development for technical fixes.
- Use Salesforce data to evaluate lead quality, attribution accuracy, and funnel progression (MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
- Implement and maintain accurate UTMs, forms, and attribution mechanisms in collaboration with Revenue Operations & AI Enablement.
- Translate paid and organic insights into actionable recommendations for content, product, sales, and RevOps teams.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing) and campaign optimization.
- Expertise in SEO/AEO, keyword research, content prioritization, and audit.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, web analytics, and conversion funnels.
- Proficient in Salesforce, UTM/UTM tracking, and marketing attribution.
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content development, and performance analysis.
- Excellent project ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Optional certifications: Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, HubSpot Marketing, Salesforce Administration.
