**Job Title:** Inbound Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Act as the first point of contact for warm inbound prospects, conducting discovery and qualification calls to assess commercial fit and pass high‑value opportunities to senior Account Directors. Receive AE‑level training from day one with a defined 12‑month pathway to a full Account Executive role. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed weekly call and qualification targets. - Maintain a pipeline of 200–300 qualified prospects. - Demonstrate rapid learning of discovery, objection handling, and value positioning. - Progress to Senior SDR or AE within the outlined roadmap based on performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct 15‑minute discovery/qualification calls with inbound leads. - Evaluate prospect needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit. - Document insights in CRM and update pipeline status daily. - Transfer qualified high‑value opportunities to Account Directors for closure. - Shadow senior AEs, participate in sales training, and contribute to best‑practice development. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal communication and active listening. - Ability to build rapport quickly with inbound prospects. - Basic sales acumen; comfort with discovery questioning and objection handling. - Organizational skills to manage a high‑volume pipeline. - Goal‑oriented mindset with self‑motivation and resilience. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) or early‑career professional. - No formal certifications required; sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
