**Job Title**
Business Intelligence & Data Integration Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver decision‑making and data integration projects across finance, sales, supply‑chain, and production domains. Drive the evolution of the group’s BI architecture, deploy Microsoft‑based solutions (Power BI, Fabric, Synapse, SSIS, Azure Data Factory), and integrate new ERP (SAP S/4HANA) functions. Act as the technical liaison between the IT division and business units, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and time targets.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years of proven BI project experience in an enterprise setting.
- First‑hand exposure to application integration via ESB and/or API.
- Strong technical acumen in BI architecture, data warehousing, ETL, and cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects and collaborate with vendors.
- Fluent in English and French (preferred), with clear communication skills for stakeholder management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end‑to‑end projects: scoping, design, development, testing, and rollout of BI solutions for finance, sales, supply‑chain, and production.
- Define and evolve the BI architecture, selecting and optimizing tools and applications.
- Build, maintain, and monitor data interfaces between corporate systems and BI tools.
- Support the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including impact studies and data integration.
- Serve as the technical lead for the IT department and primary contact for business teams on BI/Data Integration topics.
- Coordinate with integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Document requirements, designs, and procedures; maintain knowledge base and best‑practice guidelines.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, Synapse, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in BI/ESB/API integration (e.g., webMethods, Azure API Management).
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse, big data, data mining, ETL pipelines, and API concepts.
- Project management skills: planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, budget control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Team‑player orientation; ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional BI experience, with documented project deliveries.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, or equivalent in data integration/ETL.
