Based in Brixworth Northamptonshire at a purpose built Mercedes-Benz Technology centre we are a highly talented, professional and ambitious team of people, responsible for the design, manufacture, testing and racing of Formula 1 power units for Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS, McLaren, Williams and Aston Martin.

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains also undertake advanced, high technology projects in order to transfer F1 technologies into mainstream automotive and high performance road cars. The most significant programme at present is the design, manufacture and testing of a hypercar power unit for the Mercedes-AMG Project One vehicle.

**Job Title:** Supply Chain Apprentice **Role Summary:** A 3‑year apprenticeship program designed to develop a deep, functional understanding of the full Formula 1 supply chain. Apprentices will rotate through manufacturing scheduling, purchasing, internal logistics, programme delivery, and finance while learning industry best practices, engineering change processes, and SAP-based MRP systems.
