Job Description
Job title: Senior Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Drives end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for SaaS/enterprise software products, translating technical features into customer‑centric narratives, leading successful launches, crafting messaging, and enabling sales to achieve revenue targets. Expactations: Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, work closely with Group Product Managers and cross‑functional teams (PM, engineering, sales, marketing) to align product strategy, launch plans, and messaging with the product roadmap, ensuring high adoption and growth. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute go‑to‑market plans for new product releases, achieving revenue and market share objectives. - Develop and maintain clear, differentiated product messaging, positioning documents, and collateral (sales decks, battle cards, demos). - Lead and coach sales enablement efforts, providing training and resources to boost sales effectiveness. - Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities that inform product strategy. - Track, analyze, and report on launch performance and marketing ROI, recommending optimizations. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and engineering on launch execution. - Gather and synthesize customer insights in partnership with product management to refine positioning and strategy. Required Skills - Proven experience in product marketing for SaaS or enterprise software in a tech environment. - Strong analytical ability with data‑driven decision making. - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, and presentation skills. - Strategic mindset with a track record of impactful marketing initiatives. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on deadlines. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Professional certifications in product marketing or related disciplines (e.g., Certified Product Manager, CMMP, or equivalent) a plus.
