**Job Title** Senior Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead high‑value, project‑based sales of architectural lighting and media façade solutions. Drive relationship‑centred, specification‑led sales cycles, engage senior decision‑makers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape and secure large B2B projects. **Expactations** * 8+ years of B2B sales experience in architectural lighting, media façade, AV or building technology. * Proven track record of managing long‑cycle, high‑margin sales pipelines. * Extensive network of architects, lighting designers, consultants, developers and system integrators. * Strong technical understanding of LED lighting, control systems (DMX/video mapping), and media façade products. * Commercially confident with pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation. * Self‑driven, structured, able to operate independently. * Fluent in English; additional languages valued. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify, develop and maintain key accounts with architects, lighting designers, consultants, developers and integrators. 2. Lead specification‑driven sales for architectural lighting and media façade projects from concept through completion. 3. Track and convert project pipelines, ensuring timely progression to closure. 4. Partner with internal design, engineering and product teams to customize solutions. 5. Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders and contracts. 6. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings. 7. Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors and client needs to influence product strategy. 8.
