**Job Title:** Internship – Innovation Project Manager (Male/Female)
**Role Summary:**
Support the Innovation team within the Compliance group by managing end‑to‑end innovation initiatives, including AI projects, proof‑of‑concepts with start‑ups, and community engagement. Act as a catalyst for digital transformation, ensuring project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous innovation culture.
**Expectations:**
- Demonstrate agility, curiosity, and initiative in a fast‑moving environment.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external partners.
- Deliver measurable results on project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Innovation lead in planning, executing, and closing projects (AI, start‑up POCs, internal pilots).
- Own full project lifecycle: scope definition, resource coordination, risk management, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct technology and market watch, summarise findings for the team.
- Create and disseminate internal communication assets (posts, articles, videos, newsletters).
- Organise and moderate innovation events (workshops, talks, hackathons) to foster community engagement.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation).
- Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in content creation for diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of generative AI, digital transformation tools, and start‑up ecosystems.
- Event planning and facilitation abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, project‑management software).
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed organisation.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrolment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum credentials) are advantageous but not mandatory.
