**Job Title:** Partner Sales Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive growth of Eightcap’s partner ecosystem across global markets, with a focus on the UK/EU region. Combine new partner acquisition and ongoing account management to maximize revenue, trading volume, and partner satisfaction through consultative outreach, performance optimization, and collaborative initiatives. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed partner‑related revenue and KPI targets. - Maintain high compliance standards and accurate CRM records. - Deliver regular performance reporting and market insights. - Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to strategic partner plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, prospect, and acquire new partners (influencers, educational platforms, introducing brokers, money managers, review sites). - Conduct outreach via phone, video, and email; schedule and lead partner meetings. - Monitor and analyze partner performance; provide data‑driven recommendations to boost revenue and trading volume. - Hold regular check‑ins to understand partner objectives and tailor solutions. - Coordinate with internal marketing, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences. - Design and launch partner‑specific growth initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs. - Represent Eightcap at global Forex expos and related events; travel as needed. - Support day‑to‑day partner operations and contribute ideas for strategic direction. - Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory policies and internal guidelines. - Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline, performance, and market trends. - Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM and assist with sales forecasting. **Required Skills:** - Fluent English (written and verbal). - Strong relationship‑building and rapport‑development abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset for performance data interpretation. - High attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. - Proactive, can‑do attitude with a team‑oriented approach. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field *or* equivalent experience. - Minimum 1 year experience in financial markets and 1 year experience in sales or account management. - Knowledge of financial markets and trading products (formal certification not required).
