Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable full‑stack digital products across multiple industries. Expactations: - 4+ years of professional software development experience. - Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. - Client‑facing role requiring strong verbal and written communication. - Agile methodology experience, sprint planning, and execution. - Demonstrated ownership and accountability for deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, HTML5, CSS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. - Integrate third‑party APIs and AI‑powered services (e.g., OpenAI, machine learning libraries). - Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices, with a focus on performance and code quality. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Jira, Trello, or similar tools. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to application deployment processes. - Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to improve product capability.
