Job Description
**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Specialist / Senior Cybersecurity Specialist **Role Summary:** Protect and enhance the organization’s global digital environment by implementing security technologies, conducting risk assessments, and supporting cyber incident response within the Global CERT team. **Expectations:** - Maintain a robust security posture across endpoints, applications, networks, infrastructure, and cloud. - Deliver timely and effective incident response and remediation. - Ensure compliance with ISO 27000, NIST and internal security policies. - Produce clear security documentation and reporting for stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy, configure, and tune security tools (EDR, SIEM, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DNS filtering, PAM, MFA, firewalls, IDS/IPS). - Conduct regular vulnerability scans, recommend mitigations, and track remediation. - Perform system and network security audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses. - Design and enforce secure configurations for networks, servers, virtualized and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud). - Monitor network traffic, investigate threats, and implement corrective actions. - Support disaster recovery planning and execution. - Collaborate with global and local IT teams and manage vendor relationships. - Create and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and documentation. **Required Skills:** - Incident response and SOC operations expertise. - Proficiency with security technologies: EDR, SIEM, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DNS filtering, PAM, MFA, vulnerability assessment/patching, firewalls, IDS/IPS. - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft 365 administration. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud). - Ability to produce technical security reports and documentation. - Familiarity with ISO 27000 and NIST frameworks. - Excellent analytical, communication, and English language skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of relevant IT security experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC, AWS/Azure Security) are preferred but not mandatory.
