Job Description
**Job Title** IT Delivery Engineer (Enterprise Architect) **Role Summary** Deliver a complete enterprise IT system that ensures compliance with Regulation 154 across global markets. The role spans all phases of the software delivery cycle—from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment, testing, and post‑deployment support—while maintaining stringent cybersecurity and governance standards. **Expectations** - Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a Regulation 154‑compliant IT solution. - Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder expectations under both agile and waterfall frameworks. - Ensure system architecture aligns with corporate standards and regulatory cybersecurity requirements. - Drive cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication across all levels of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis (customer, functional, software). - Develop and maintain a master project plan covering requirements, testing, deployment, and support. - Coordinate with enterprise architects to produce functional specifications. - Lead or liaise with development teams, establishing software development plans and timelines. - Supervise initial deployment, production rollout, and in‑service support. - Design and execute stakeholder training programmes. - Verify system compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory artefacts. - Facilitate production testing and customer test case execution. - Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Skills** - Proven end‑to‑end enterprise IT system delivery experience. - Strong programme/project management skills; familiarity with agile (Scrum, SAFe) and waterfall methodologies. - Expertise in IT architecture and system design. - Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, TRM). - Knowledge of model‑based systems engineering (MSOSA, SysML). - Solid understanding of cybersecurity and software security frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder communication, influence, and presentation abilities. - Self‑starter with strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Relevant project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner). - Certifications in cybersecurity or information assurance (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
