Job Title: Brand Designer
Role Summary:
Lead the end‑to‑end visual and interaction design for a SaaS platform, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across product, website, social media, campaigns, and events. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform customer insights into intuitive UX/UI solutions while maintaining a high‑quality design system.
Expectations:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, brand, or digital product design.
- Proven track record of shipped design work with a portfolio that demonstrates product and brand impact.
- Strong design sense, detail orientation, and the ability to balance system thinking with pixel‑perfect execution.
- Comfortable shipping fast, leveraging modern prototyping tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineers and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own UX/UI design for the platform from concept through launch, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and final assets.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, using AI tools to accelerate exploration and delivery.
- Partner with Product to identify user problems and transform them into elegant, intuitive experiences.
- Shape and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring recognizability among HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain the website, landing pages, and marketing surfaces.
- Produce assets for social media, campaigns, launches, and events.
- Maintain and grow the design system, patterns, and standards across product and brand touchpoints.
- Introduce new design tools, approaches, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Required Skills:
- UX/UI design expertise (wireframing, prototyping, interaction design).
- Brand design (visual identity, typography, color, illustration).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped product and brand work.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, ownership, and adaptability to ambiguity.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
