Job Description
Job title: Video/Content Production Executive Role Summary: Deliver high‑quality video and multimedia content to support GBR’s organic, earned and paid social media strategy, working closely with the Video Producer and Social Media team to engage current fans and attract new audiences. Expectations: Produce, edit and manage a consistent stream of short‑form videos that align with racing themes and marketing objectives; ensure content resonates culturally and reaches target demographics; maintain production schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create, edit and export video assets for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter). - Collaborate with the Video Producer to develop storytelling concepts that highlight racing events and personalities. - Coordinate with the Social Media team to plan content calendars, publishing schedules and paid campaigns. - Manage post‑production workflow, including asset tagging, metadata, captions and archival. - Monitor and report on engagement metrics, adjusting production tactics for optimal reach. - Maintain post‑production equipment and software, ensuring up‑to‑date workflows. - Support live‑event coverage and emergency content creation as needed. Required Skills: - Strong video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent). - Solid understanding of social media best practices, platform formats and audience engagement. - Project management ability: meeting deadlines, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, prioritising tasks. - Creative storytelling with an eye for visual composition and pacing. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications in video production or social media marketing are a plus.
