**Job Title:** Full Stack Software Developer
**Role Summary:**
Develop, maintain, and enhance full‑stack web applications that support industrial control, telematics, and internal engineering platforms. Own day‑to‑day software delivery, enabling senior engineering leaders to focus on strategy and architecture. Collaborate with embedded, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable software solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality code autonomously while working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain and improve existing platforms, ensuring continuity and scalability.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks across multiple systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack applications (backend & frontend).
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
- Manage code repositories, version control (Git/SVN), and adhere to coding standards.
- Produce and update technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with embedded, electrical, and mechanical engineers on cross‑functional projects.
- Identify and implement performance, reliability, and usability enhancements.
- Support fault resolution, diagnostics, and reporting tools for industrial systems.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven full‑stack development experience (3+ years).
- Backend: Golang, Linux environment, AWS services, Docker containers.
- Frontend: HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- REST API design, SQL database development, and version control (Git/SVN).
- Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and self‑direction.
- Effective teamwork and communication across engineering disciplines.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Experience in engineering, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
- Exposure to telematics, IoT, or data‑driven systems.
- Understanding of embedded or control‑system interfaces.
- Experience modernizing legacy software platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus but not mandatory.
